Although Mizzleea offers planned Snatch packages for your convenience, you are also welcome to combine any of our Snatch and additional services for a custom package that meets your needs. Addition costs may apply.

We accept Cash (Preferred), Visa, American Express, Mastercard or Discover credit cards for payment & Store Credits Personal checks are Not accepted.
Refund Policy:
All service sales, packages, products and gift card sales are final. A store credit will be given for any unused visits or sessions.
*No Cash Refunds on any body service provided- No Exceptions!
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your Snatch Sessions are reserved especially for you. Mizzleea values your business and ask that you respect the shop's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Mizzleea at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $20 Cancellation fee for aborting the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments a 2nd time without giving any prior notification will No Longer be to Book any New Services and will Be System Blocked.
Mizzleea recognizes that the time of her clients is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment, She not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Allowing her to compensate for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. When you schedule your appointment with Mizzleea you are agreeing to these policies.
Cell Phones:
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival. Please inform Mizzleea should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing the service. Cell phone use may affect the length of your session, should she need to stop. Photos and Video may be taken of the session(s)
Please ask Permission for Mizzleea to feature in your photo or video -Do not takepictures of MizzLeea without asking 1st.
Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Mizzleea will do her best to keep her clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Prices are already offered at a great and lowered price so "No Discounts" will be applied, so Please do not ask thanks
Series of Session Treatments:
Mizzleea is unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any session (3,6,12 or more) treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or shop credit of equal value.
Gratuity (Tips):
Gratuity is not included in the price of Session or Snatch packages, customary tipping is at your discretion. You may tip Mizzleea in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, or credit card. If you Enjoyed your session Tips are greatly appreciated!
Check in Times:
Mizzleea asks that you please arrive Only 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Early arrivals just means more wait time for you. She will do her best to accommodate late arrivals, if too late she will have to reschedule your appointment. There is 15 Minute grace period. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.
*Please come to your appointment alone unless you are bringing another paying client! *No changes or additions will be made at appointment unless under my discretion.
Pregnancy or Medical Conditions:
Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let Mizzleea know of any medical concerns.
*Please notify MizzLeea of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas,creams , gels or ingredients before or when you schedule your appointment.
*Absolutely no children!: For safety and insurance purposes, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa. Children 16 years and older are only permitted in when having a service and must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
Snatch Promotions:
LipoSnatch specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third part gift certificates. No double dipping.
Things to know Before/After Treatment:
For Maximum Results for any service listed, hydration plays a huge roll. We recommend you begin to properly hydrate 2 days before your treatment as well as after.
After Laser Lipo and Lipo Cavitation a 30 minute workout is highly recommended Maximum results are received within 72 hours (3 days) after procedure.
What to Wear during Your Session Treatment:
Wear clothing that can easily display the treatment area. Mizzleea wants to make sure that you are comfortable.
For Sauna Treatments:
Please bring Your favorite Body Towels and a change of clothing including under garments if needed as your whole body will be drenched in sweat / water.
Personal Belongings:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Mizzleea is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Please do not wear any metal item during any sessions for safety reasons.
